ABOUT YOUR COACH
I've been strength training since 2014. Lifting weights powered me through 5 years of wildland firefighting and helped me rehab my knee after several MCL tears. I am passionate about strength training to improve and maintain quality of life and self esteem.
I feel very strongly that strength training is for everyone, - from marathon runners, mountaineers, and novice hikers, to the elderly who want to be able to lift and play with their grandchildren. Weight training is beneficial for preventing and reversing some effects of ageing, osteoporosis, and hormone imbalances.
Whether you're ready to work with a functional strength and macros coach to enhance your already active lifestyle, or are brand new to functional fitness, I look forward to working with you!
Functional Foundations - an introduction to functinonal fitness
$60.00 PER MONTH, CLASS IS MONDAY AT 9:00 am AND SATURDAY AT 8:00 am at CrossFit Radiate.
Thinking about starting your fitness journey? Whether it's for the first time, or it's been a long time, my Functional Foundations class at CrossFit Radiate is for you! This class is an introduction to functional fitness designed to meet you where you are, and is targeted toward those new to fitness, the senior population, or those who want to get back into fitness under the supervision of a coach.
Every movement in the programming will have modifications for your specific abilities and limitations. In this class you'll learn proper lifing technique under a watchful eye.
The objective of this class is to help you increase your strength and cardiovascular health, improve balance and coordination, improve your quality of life, and maintain your independence.
What is Functional Fitness?
Rather than focusing on aesthetics, functional fitness strengthens your body for life's daily tasks, while taking into account the natural movement patterns of your anatomy. Functional fitness leads to noticeable benefits over time:

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
COST: $45 per month
*** This is not a customized plan, rather a general monthly strength program that you'll be doing with others signed up for the same plan. Must have access to a gym, or a well set up home gym. Will at least need dumbbells or kettlebells, a barbell, pull-up bar, and a box at least 16" high.
WHAT YOU GET:
20 minute intake call to ensure you have the equipment needed and experience in the movements, and determine your fitness level.
Monthly plan will be emailed to you and stored in a Google Drive folder.
BASIC
COST: $65 per month
WHAT YOU GET:
Initial 30 minute consultation to discuss your goals - can be in person or over the phone
A personalized plan based off your consultation - May send plan for 1 month at once, or go week by week depending on my time availability.
Bi-weekly 15 minute check-ins via phone or video chat.

BASIC+
COST: $115 per month ($10 savings when you bundle these options in BASIC+ rather than do them separately)
